I’m 31 and lately realizing my best mental years are behind me. brain isn’t as sharp as it used to be 25-28 I had just gotten sober and could stack long days back to back without burnout. could pick up new skills way faster than now 30’s are still good because you have more leverage and know yourself better so you move with more intention. you know your weaknesses so can find people to complement your style But if you’re in your 20’s, recognize that your brain is capable of way more than the millennials + boomers who command you at your job
