@gomedia91 This was on a 20mph stretch in Grangetown. The speed this car must have been going! No-one injured, by pure luck! Can you imagine if this had ploughed down the pavement? It’s getting out of control. Within 5 mins of leaving my house I’m confronted with really dangerous drivers.
