@MYANC @Our_DA Current results may leave ANC too low for stable minority government, in my opinion. Coalitions encompassing provincial government need EFF plus MK or just DA (short in KZN). I believe the latter is better for SA and urge DA to have open mind. We can't wait 5 years for delivery.

The ANC government has an Achilles heel. Honest taxpayers will not continue forking up billions to corruption. If this continues, I'm going to be the first to mobilise a tax strike to bring this government to its senses. Anyone who gives them another chance is an accomplice.

@tanskeptic SA Government can borrow at significantly lower rates than Zimbabwe Government, if Zimbabwe can borrow at all. Yes, SA said no to $1.6bn debt request, but that may change if Zimbabwe accedes to demands around ending suppression, political freedom and fiscal responsibility.

What #Zimbabwe needs is 1) access to cheaper SA debt; 2) access to SA capital; 3) to join SACU (access to markets); and to 4) adopt the Rand. What SA needs in exchange is a) for repression to cease; b) increased political freedom and c) fiscal responsibility. #ZimbabweShutDown
