This is the third time I’ve had to rebuild, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to reach certain people again. I’d like to thank everyone who posted and commented in support of getting my account restored. Unfortunately, despite many appeals I’ve gotten nowhere. Convicted at Chester Crown Court after a nine-day trial. ◽Stalking involving serious alarm or distress ◽Assault by beating ◽Failure to comply with a Section 49 RIPA notice (refusing to provide passwords for seized devices) Sentencing is expected in June 2026. He has denied all involvement throughout. Offences: In 2024, Hussain contacted the female victim on social media using the false name 'Mick Renney'. They then went on several dates. He became controlling and jealous. He bombarded her with questions about other men, read her messages, forced his way into the bathroom to grab her phone and pushed her causing her to fall. This formed the assault charge. Around two months after they broke up, multiple men began arriving at the victim's home, claiming they had matched with her on Tinder and been invited over. Hussain created fake Tinder profiles using her photos, posing as her. He gave her real phone number, email, and home address to at least 18 strangers (possibly more). Messages from the fake account encouraged men to visit for sex, including explicit "rape fantasy" scenarios: "be roughed up," and instructions that if she said "no," it meant "she wanted it more." He asked arriving men "what cars were parked outside" (to confirm location) and told them to enter via the conservatory or shove the door if stiff. Incidents included: ◽Four men arriving on one night in August with near-identical messages. ◽A man in September shoving the door (smashing a glass panel) after being told it was open. ◽Another man entering the home while the victim was at work and her daughter was upstairs alone. Many of the men cooperated with police, providing details and messages. Police linked a car in doorbell footage (Audi R8) to Hussain's business. He used dedicated burner phones, discarded them, changed vehicle registration, and operated from an industrial unit or layby near the victim's home. He was arrested on 6 October 2024 by Cumbria Police on the M6 where he was spotted. He denied knowing the victim, being "Mick Renney," or using fake accounts/social media. Charged in March 2025 (stalking/assault). Additional RIPA charge in September 2025. The victim and her children were left incredibly shaken and distressed. Police praised her bravery and that of witnesses.

Don't believe the tech companies are going to keep your kids safe. They implement basic safeguarding then create loopholes to bypass them to increase traffic to platforms. Traffic means money. 💰 Meta own Instagram WhatsApp and Facebook and claim that they are doing more to protect children. Keep checking their devices leave nothing to chance and never think it won’t be your kids.

The victim said she lived in a state of constant fear. Sentenced today to 14 years in prison for raping a young girl in non-recent offences committed in the 1990s. ❗This case highlights the importance of victims coming forward no matter how much time has passed.❗ Hartley was found guilty by a jury of two counts of rape on 30 March 2026 after a week-long trial at York Crown Court. He had denied the charges. The court heard details of the serious sexual offences against the child victim. In a victim impact statement, she described how Hartley stole her childhood. He will serve the sentence and is subject to sex offender registration requirements. N0nce.

𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑, 𝟓𝟒 - 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐑𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑. Found GUILTY of rape at Gloucester Crown Court today. After a drunken night out in Cheltenham on 6 May 2022, he refused the pre-ordered taxi home, climbed uninvited into the victim’s taxi, followed her to her flat, then raped her despite her repeated pleas to stop. The jury rejected his claim of full consent and convicted him (he was acquitted on one other charge). Bail has been denied over flight risk. Holder resigned from Superdry in 2016 and his consultancy ended in 2019 so he has no current role. But he remains a co-founder and major historical figure of the brand.
