Please follow and support @DellasLaw Partial reforms gave police some powers to block changes, but as Della and campaigners say: This is NOT enough. The loophole is NOT fully closed. Registered sex offenders should NOT be allowed to wipe their past, evade monitoring, or pass DBS checks. Full closure NOW: Mandatory disclosure of all prior identities and ironclad tracking. Protect women and children. If I had it my way, the sex offenders register would be PUBLIC.

Someone please explain to me why convicted nonces are able to change their names? 🤯🤯 Who thought that was a sensible idea? If you’ve committed one of the most horrific crimes imaginable against a child, why should you be able to hide that! The Government needs to get a grip of this, stop making excuses and urgently review the law. If there are loopholes that put children at greater risk, close them. Protect our children first. It really is that simple. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@DellasLaw @UKLabour It made me angry researching and making this honestly. I also have personal experience with someone who changed his name to try and hide his sex offending past and lied about it for a long time. Anything I can do to help my DM’s are open. 🩷

😱 SHOCKING MOMENT CAUGHT ON CCTV: A calculating FAKE TAXI predator was prowling Newcastle city centre at night, hunting for lone, vulnerable women. 51-year-old Kuldip Chahal donned a lanyard to look official, parked his white Volkswagen Golf nearby, and lurked for hours on December 20. When he spotted a young woman in her 20s, drunk and separated from her friends, sitting on the pavement waiting for a ride, he moved in. Footage shows him repeatedly guiding and physically directing her through crowded streets for around 10 minutes before bundling her into his car. Police grew suspicious, swooped in, and blocked the vehicle just as he was about to drive away with her. The terrified victim confirmed he was a total stranger. At Newcastle Crown Court today, Chahal was jailed for seven years (plus a three-year extended licence) after being convicted of kidnap. He even claimed he was just looking for other drivers with an interest in cars. The judge told him: “You were out to target a drunk girl and you found one.” A lifelong sexual harm prevention order now bans him from approaching intoxicated women or having any females in his car. Ladies, never, EVER get into an unlicensed taxi. This nightmare could happen to anyone. Share to warn others.
