A quick intro since I haven’t been active on X or LinkedIn. I’m a neurologist. I built and sold Alertive to Carbon Health for multiple eight figures. Had two daughters along the way.

You don't need a 10-person sales team to run outbound. You need: > Clay ($300/mo) > Email Bison or Smart Lead ($97-$500/mo) > ScaledMail inboxes (~$200/mo) > Apollo (free account + external scraper) > N8N (free tier) Total cost: under $1,500/mo With this setup, one person can: > Build qualified lead lists > Write and launch email campaigns > Automate reply scoring > Push leads to CRM > Run 50,000+ emails/mo That's a full outbound operation for less than the cost of one SDR. And it runs 24/7 without calling in sick. Run the numbers.

YTD:8%. It’s the same old story. Market beats you up badly and if you are still there, will give you a reward. Now that the beating has been done in the last 6 months, it’s time for the reward. Key is to be there for that reward and most people bail before that beating is done.

we started YC as an AI sales call assistant. we were wrong now we're building: a browser you don't have to use. wait WTF is this pivot? here's the story: real-time AI in sales calls breaks in practice. we had to deliver answers within ~0.8s, with high accuracy. today's models can't do both. the only way is to connect everything: HubSpot, Slack, past calls. but who would do that for a new AI agent? it never really works. meanwhile, our team's strength was very clear: we're good at crafting products with deep engineering. e.g. we didn't use Electron. we forked Chromium and modified the Blink engine just to support Liquid Glass. but sales wasn't where this mattered and honestly, we didn't enjoy building sales tools bc my dream since age 9 was building a software everyone uses then we realized: our work lives in browser tabs and if we already know how to fork Chromium, why not build the browser? so we’re building a new kind of browser that: - as beautiful as Arc - as light as Firefox - can run long tasks like Claude - as proactive as OpenClaw coming soon. + we're hiring: - design engineer - agent harness engineer if you want to build the browser everyone uses in 5 years, DM me > aside.computer

For agentic systems founders and dev tools founders: People do not want to pay for raw markdown and they shouldn't have to. But they may pay for orchestration, hosting, updates, collaboration, portability, analytics, and managed execution. These can be great businesses.

@pitdesi @Neuronirav I assume to capture business-owning doctors, not just W-2 wage income is included. Does that mean that if a late-career doctor has some savings built up and is getting an additional rental/capgains income stream from them, that will be included in income?

Relative to the other tools you're likely using: 1. Cost effective 2. Single orchestration platform for GTM (end to end) 3. Plug the MCP (highly recommended) - fit our platform in however you'd like and orchestrate with commands. Say you want to launch a specific linkedin campaign for virlo, you can prompt it into reality in 2-3 minutes (in case you don't want to do it manually) And the platform will 1. Source leads (based on given ICP) 2. Score and enrich if you want 3. Draft mass or personalized campaigns 4. Sequence and launch Lots more you can do!

Building a company is hard, starting a company from scratch even harder. Today reached out to a few influencers to seek for help, given no brand someone dropped the line directly, but still got a few new influencers by end of the day who resonate with my company values. Thanks for those who helped.

Love the emphasis on selling the concept before the person. Most agencies fail because they lead with 'trust me' instead of 'trust this ROI logic.' Using AI to generate free value-first deliverables for outreach (The Dream 100 strategy) is a cheat code. It turns cold outreach into a warm demonstration of competence. Saving this for the framework.

I'm trying to find an automated way to create something for some of these SMBs that isn't replaceable by Claude in a single update, is easily scalable to 20k MRR, and is fairly easy to acquire new customers for via passive methods like SEO/AEO or ads without manual cold outreach or browsing Facebook groups, etc. I haven't succeeded yet, but if anyone is struggling with the same shit, feel free to connect maybe we will figure something out together. 🙌 PS: I'm looking for an automated way to promote it because I simply don't have much free time. I'm doing a 9-5 that's mostly 9-9 and trying to run this side business alongside it…

6.8 billion people have never used AI 😯 not because they don't have access - because nobody has built something simple enough for them to care every AI startup right now is fighting over the same ~16% of early adopters - developers, tech workers, content creators who already live on the internet the market feels crowded because everyone is fishing in the same pond but look at who's in that 84% - small business owners who still track inventory in notebooks, teachers who spend 3 hours a week just formatting lesson plans, local service businesses running on WhatsApp and gut instinct, and billions like them they're not waiting for AGI - they're waiting for something that saves them 2 hours on Tuesday the products that will win aren't the ones with the best models or the most features - they're the ones that take a painful, specific task and make it disappear no prompts, no learning curve, no "AI" branding needed Paul Graham put it simply: "if you make your app 10% easier to use, you'll get twice as many users." he said that before AI even existed, but it explains exactly why most AI tools are failing the majority of the world they're built for people who enjoy figuring things out - the real market doesn't want to figure anything out - they just want the problem gone the opportunity isn't better AI, it's better distribution into problems that have never been touched builders who understand that will win the next decade

Your cold outreach isn't failing because your copy is bad. It's failing because you're messaging people who aren't buying. The best email in the world sent to the wrong person is still spam. Fix your timing. Fix your targeting. Then worry about the words.

🚨 BREAKING: Someone just turned OpenClaw into an autonomous sales agent It's called Claw GTM. Paste your website and it builds your outbound pipeline automatically. I tried it this morning. From one URL, it: → mapped my ideal customer profile → found 47 companies with buying signals → researched each account automatically → generated personalized email + LinkedIn outreach No prospecting. No spreadsheets. No generic outreach. Here's why this is interesting: → most outbound tools rely on static lead lists → Claw scans millions of job posts for buying signals → it surfaces companies actively hiring for the problem you solve Meaning you're reaching companies already investing in your category. Here's the wildest part: It starts with just your website URL. Claw reads your product, pricing, and positioning and builds your entire GTM strategy automatically. Paste URL → get your first outbound pipeline in about a minute. Link in the comments

Your product is not the business. Your distribution is the business. A mediocre product with great distribution beats a great product with no distribution every single time. What's actually moving the needle for you? A) Reddit/communities B) X/Twitter C) Cold outreach D) SEO/content E) Something else entirely

@_CODEwalker Started cold outreach emails Jan 28. Grinding on those. 1,150 emails (including follow-ups) sent since. I'm enjoying it. Requires patience and pereservance. But there's gold to be mined in reaching out to targeted audiences.

MyChatBot
MyChatBot@MyChatBot_AI·
This is almost illegal for GTM: AI finds clients on its own, launches cold outreach, and moves leads all the way to the sale. Most GTM tools only handle one part of the job. MyChatBot covers the full cycle: prospecting, CRM, outreach, nurturing, and closing. There are countless GTM, outreach, and sales tools on the market. But the problem is that on their own, they almost never deliver real results. One tool finds contacts. Another sends emails. A third stores leads in a CRM. A fourth automates something. A fifth generates text with AI. But almost none of this turns into a working result. Why? Because there is no working system. No strategy for how the whole setup should work. No nurturing logic. No skill-based agents that can operate across stages. No full-cycle process that actually moves a lead toward a sale. As a result, most companies seem to have tools, but they are missing the main thing — a clear, manageable, high-performing system. Leads get lost. Follow-ups never happen. Channels are disconnected. Outreach turns into random email sending. And AI, at best, handles only one small part of the work. That is why most solutions fail to produce strong results. MyChatBot works differently. It is not just AI for generating text. Not just a CRM. Not just an outreach tool. It is a unified agent system where the entire cycle is built into one working flow. First, the AI agent finds the right audience and pulls contacts from Apollo.io or other sources. Then it transfers them into the MyChatBot CRM. After that, instead of sending one random email, it launches a full strategy: statuses, scenarios, skill-based agents, follow-ups, transition rules, nurturing logic, and control over every single lead. Then the agent moves into Outreach, builds the campaign, creates the emails, structures the touchpoint sequence, sets sending intervals, and helps launch high-quality cold outreach. But the most important part is that the system does not stop after the first email. If a lead does not reply, the next scenarios are triggered. Other agents take over. Tasks are created. Statuses are updated. Additional channels can be connected: email, Instagram, forms, messengers, and social media. So MyChatBot does not just help you send a message — it helps you actually move a person toward a sale. And that is the difference. Because today, it is not one tool that sells. Not one prompt. Not one AI bot. What sells is a working system: prospecting + CRM + outreach + follow-up + omnichannel communication + skill-based agents + a complete operating strategy. That is exactly the kind of system we build inside MyChatBot. If you want to get this kind of working setup, plus a package of proven prompts and skill-based agents that actually find, nurture, and move leads toward results — comment the word “Agent.” And be sure to like this post, repost it, and follow the account so I can send this setup to you in direct messages.
