@OctopusElectro 4. Am a firm believer that all car chargers should be open to all EV models, they should clearly display the cost per kWh and total session cost and not require a Smartphone / App download / special card / pre-registration etc. just charge, pay, go.

@OctopusElectro 3. It strikes me that while petrol pumps are reliable and take almost any credit/debit card for immediate supply of fuel, the EV charging industry has made the mistake of massively over complicating what should be a straightforward transaction: ££s for kWh - nothing else.

@OctopusElectro 2. inexplicably failed to charge after a positive start; not working and caged off; I had no special RFID card which had to be obtained in advance by snail mail; or I was unable to register any credit card with the App once downloaded.
