This doesn't show up on our top sbstack lists, because it's on Patreon. But this is the active userbase of Qualtrim, it reflects paying members only. It's now a 7-figure revenue business, with nobody paying over $10/month. No affiliate marketing, no paid ads, just good old-fashioned using the product on my YouTube channel. The growth is 100% organic. I have one developer that I have known personally for over a decade building it, and one family member to help with customer service and data updates. Other than that, I run the thing myself and own 100% of it. Qualtrim is great, but the real treasure here is YouTube. Anyone can hire a developer, throw some money at them and have them copy Qualtrim. But you can't easily copy getting 2+ million engaged viewers every month and hundreds of thousands of watch hours. This brings my marketing cost down to $0, so I can charge less than competitors and have higher margins at the same time. The moat isn't Qualtrim, it's YouTube. Long $GOOG

June 2nd was National Cancer Survivors Day. Something I never thought I would relate to--until I got struck with cancer in the Fall of 2023. I went through one round of chemo on a rather aggressive regimen, recovered for several weeks and then underwent a major abdominal surgery
