People that say good night sleep and hydration can replace a pre-workout, have never had a fucking real pre-workout in their life. Go try something like Crack Barbarian or Mr. White or Judgment Day, and tell me how that compared to being well rested and having a glass of water.

@NotSolWalker I took two weeks off and broke nearly all my previous best except for my back. I think taking a week or two off periodically is beneficial. Especially when you're older, give a chance for tendons and joints to have a breather.

Last week I skipped leg day to go to DesMoines. I know today is gonna be brutal. The three days off certainly didnt help my deadlift PR attempt this monday. I have always felt rest days actually to be detrimental, they literally make you weak. And you?
