I believe that this is probably an impeachable offense, or even could invoke Article 25. I'm not talking about the baseless impeachments the Democrats hit him with. I mean legitimate impeachments. This is not a limited operation, so Trump also declared war without the approval of Congress, which he has had plenty of time to try to obtain. Another impeachable offense.
