Last Friday, I slipped on the ice & fell. Hard. I couldn’t get up so Lala ran to grab her dad. An ambulance ride and CT scan later the doc told me I have two compression fractures in my spine (L1&L2). In TLSO brace and can’t lift anything, kids 3months & 3 years. This sucks.
