@RayMcVea @tux1234 @bphillipsonMP That's so frustrating. It should be the same access across the country. Could you contact the walk in centre? I just went to a walk in centre for my booster and they just looked me up. Should be the same for your 12 year old. Good luck

If I thought I could walk into a centre and get him jabbed I'd travel but I fear when we get there they will look him up on the system and say no. Massive drive to boost people when a whole group of eligible kids can't even have their first one. Shambles.

@tux1234 @bphillipsonMP And contact GP who say they can't do anything, wait for website. But some 12 yr olds can book via website and 119. But not mine.I know of two others.All turned 12 since school immunisation team went in.Another I know of had a bday just after my son and could book online. What????

@NHSNW This is still the case....16 days after turning 12. Website says children can have the vaccine from the day they turn 12. Same website says he is not eligible to book through the website, so phone 119. 119 say phone GP. GP says has to be done online. And round we go. Shambles.

@NHSEngland What if the website says not eligible but that is not the case and 119 and GP can't help? What are the next steps please?

He wasn't 12 when the vaccinations were done at school. I can't book online as he 'isn't eligible', 119 same, GP say they can't do anything.
