“If only it were all so simple! If only there were evil people somewhere insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being.

7/ This is a one-time fix and it puts an end to 40 years of failure. You can keep defending a broken system, or you can fix it for American workers, for our communities, for our future. That’s America First!

Trump backed down. No credit to Congress, which barely made a whimper. Credit to the American people—progressive activists & anti-war conservative voices like @TuckerCarlson, @mtgreenee, and many more. We need an anti-Epstein class, anti-war, pro-working class coalition.

Coming to believe ~90% of the political differences among Christians boil down to a failure to distinguish between the Biblical roles of the individual, the church, and the State. No, God did not command governments to forcibly redistribute wealth. Yes, God commanded Christians as individuals to practice charity. Individual Christians in Acts “gave willingly and not under compulsion.” Christians in Acts did not vote for the Emperor to increase the marginal tax rate and call that “generosity.”

A reality show where talk show hosts have to do what they’re always telling other people to do. Dave Ramsey has 7 days to find a reliable $2,000 car for DoorDashing and a little old lady’s $500/month garage apartment to live in. Shawn Ryan has to serve as an Assistant U.S. Attorney where he’d prosecute Congressional corruption cases in federal court and have 12 months to secure a conviction. Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin have to survive an entire 31st MEU CENTCOM deployment as E-2s. Each its own season, all live-streamed to X.

@Timcast It is not so massive. People like Candace know they are in danger (after seeing what happened to Charlie) so they are going to distance far away. Can you blame them, Tim?

@SamanthaTaghoy In His all knowing power God knew we are lovers of self and seek to make God in our image and images of us, so he says "thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven" . He foresaw this moment.

“JESUS WASN’T WHITE!” Duh. He also wasn’t Chinese, Indian, or Armenian. But those communities have still made Jesus look like them. Christians around the world have ALWAYS created depictions of Jesus to mirror their own communities. Jesus IS mankind. All of mankind. The entire point is that Jesus lives in and represents all of us. White Jesus isn’t some reflection of an outmoded Eurocentric view. It isn’t a case of “whitewashing”. Since the 2nd century, societies have been moulding Jesus’ image to reflect their own. The ancient Romans made him beardless and dressed him in the clothing of a Roman rustic, to represent his eternal youth. Egyptians in the 6th century depicted Jesus with a long beard and distinctively Semitic facial features — the strong nose, the dark hair, the olive skin. Early Ethiopian carvings show a dark-skinned Jesus with Afro-textured hair and dressed often in a tribal-printed loincloth. Armenians in the 14th century favoured a traditional “father figure” — a stockily built man with bushy eyebrows, eye bags, and a considerably aged face. We live in the West. In a society grounded in European culture and heritage. Of course, Jesus was depicted in the image of European people. That doesn’t make it “racist” or “ahistorical”. It is a reflection of the theology behind His existence. He is all of us. He looks like all of us. Until recently, his “historically accurate” appearance has been immaterial around the world. Only now are we constraining centuries old religious practices to the modern social construct of “racism”. Jesus is God made Flesh. Black, white, and brown. He is all of us.

Here’s why I am disillusioned with modern evangelicalism. Evangelicalism has failed to appeal to tradition, like the Apostle Paul has commanded us to do. In 2 Thessalonians 2:15, the Apostle Paul says “So then, brothers and sisters, stand firm and hold fast to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.” However, many Evangelical Churches have disregarded or even object to historic Christian tradition in pursuit of what they deem to be more enlightening in the modern age. It’s just liberalism infecting the Church. I want to worship Christ with the faith of the apostles.

@JoelWebbon Weddings, quinceañeras and baptisms tended to be followed up by party and drinking. Many stop going to church because they don't like what the Pope says/does despite he being a central focus but can still say are RC.

@JoelWebbon Mark Wahlberg, Mel Gibson, and others in Hollywood. Roman Catholics can play in Hollywood and influence culture. They tend to be less in the book and more open to modern norms. As a former RC it was a lot easier to say I was RC, there was no downside.

@GadSaad Probably why God commands us to not make representations of anything in heaven so that we don't get into these discussions about what Jesus loomed like. We should be more concerned with what He did and what we do with that knowledge.

@ZubyMusic What if the price at pumps right now is the price of peace? If Iran shutting the strait at their desire can spike oil prices could they have done it any time and are we ok with higher prices? Petrol fuels a lot of products including fertilizers.

@ZubyMusic Until we realize that the price of low priced goods and gas is through maintaining major trading routes under our control we will not see peace. We have to be ok with some “hard” times for long term peace for the USA. Stop buying stuff you don’t need.

In 1986, the American Medical Association published an article titled "The Physical Death of Jesus Christ". It details the entire process of Jesus' trial to His death on the cross. In Luke 22, before Jesus is arrested, it is written that He was in great distress & sweating blood. Although rare, it is recognized as Hematidrosis, a condition caused by high levels of stress. At the time, the crucifixion was considered the worst death for the worst of criminals. But this is not all Jesus faced. He endured whipping so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. He was beaten so horribly that His face was torn & His beard ripped. A crown of thorns, 2-3 inches long cut deeply into His scalp. The leather whip used to flog Him had tiny iron balls & sharp bones. The balls caused internal injuries while the sharp bones ripped open His flesh. His skeletal muscles, veins, & bowels are exposed, causing major blood loss. Most men do not survive this kind of torture. After Jesus was severely flogged, He was forced to carry His cross while people mocked & spat on Him. Crucifixion was a process meant to instill excruciating pain, creating a slow & agonizing death. Nails as long as 8 inches were driven into Jesus' wrists & feet. The Roman soldiers knew the tendons in the wrists would tear & break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support Himself to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the courage...Jesus endured this reality for 3 hours! The Gospel of John writes that after Jesus' death, a Roman soldier pierced His side with a spear & blood & water came out. Scientists explain that from hypovolemic shock, the rapid heart rate causes fluid to gather in the sack around the lungs & heart. The accumulation of fluid in the membrane around the heart is called a Pericardial effusion & the lungs is called a pleural effusion. To the world, Christianity is as foolish as it can get. They believe it's for the weak. But when you are confronted by the reality of the cross, it's clearly not a pretty sight. It is brutal & horrific. This is the weight Jesus carried. The weight of the sins of the world, all so that we can live. God's wrath is fully satisfied in Jesus. This is what it took. Repent & believe! Jesus is “God among us” in the flesh. Jesus is our Savior. Jesus loves you so much that He went through this spiritual and physical punishment for your sins and mine. Jesus is the LORD, Almighty God, Everlasting Father. Thank You, Jesus.
