I visited three unusual sights in Paris yesterday, while Ellie explored the shopping scene. Did you know that for €3.50 you can go for a swim in a floating swimming pool on the Seine? There is a small version of the statue of Liberty at Pont de Grenelle. It was given to France by the U.S. to commemorate the centennial of the French Revolution. La Petite Ceinture was a circular railway built to supply the posts around the city wall. Part of the disused tracks have been converted into a walk. Is the @British_Airways website down AGAIN? Really is becoming a joke, can't remember the last time the website, booking system and general service all worked. Add that to the tier points change and it's time to look for a new main airline i think.
