As its own film, Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man is pretty good, but as a continuation/conclusion to the series, it leaves something to be desired. It works as a send-off for Tommy Shelby - which is the main thing, I guess - but Steven Knight seemed to forget that there were other characters in the show when he was writing it. Still, another superb turn from Murphy and possibly the best soundtrack yet (Lankum's "Hunting the Wren" is used perfectly).

Nah, because I wouldn't say either is a bad actor, just perhaps a bit limited. More, that he's a nice guy, great in the role, but with wildly uneven movies varying in quality. Also, he’s forever linked to the role in a way the previous Spidey actors have been able to move past. His pre-Spidey career was filled with interesting stuff, really proved his ability as an actor, and then when he was cast in the role…it became his life.

I've come to the conclusion that Tom Holland is the Roger Moore of Spider-Man actors.

Cox and D'Onofrio know these characters like the back of their hands at this stage, but the MVP might be Wilson Bethel as Bullseye. Unfortunately, Krysten Ritter is kinda wasted as Jessica Jones and isn't given enough to make much of an impact.

Wasn't fully convinced by the first few eps of #DaredevilBornAgain S2, but once it gets going, it REALLY gets going. It may not be the "masterpiece" some will undoubtedly glaze it as, but it's a damn fine season of superhero TV.

I'm very much looking forward to the movie, but this was not a great trailer. Dune 3 mopped the floor with it.

I have never seen a film so hyped that has left me so confused as to how anyone else is watching it and not thinking it's a pile of shite. None of it works, there's no flow, the acting is crap, it's just embarrassing to watch.
