Our fire and paramedic colleagues from New South Wales joined the team today for a tour of the HART base and a demo of some of our kit and capabilities and maybe give @HantsIOW_fire a run for their money @_ukro 👀🏅🚒

1/2 Yesterday, 2 of Green Watch control observed a real-time exercise at Salisbury Cathedral involving a rescue from height at the base of the spire. Crews from @fire_salisbury @DWFRSPooleFire worked alongside @SCAS_HART to stabilise & rescue a casualty who was seriously injured.

Our 999 teams are extremely busy today. As a result, some patients calling 999 who do not have a serious or life-threatening emergency requiring an immediate response may be directed to use alternative, more appropriate urgent care services.
