@TUIUK I am certain TUI don’t know what they’re doing. Week out from going to Dubai and told to it’s safe to travel. 🤬🤬. Clearly their customers safety are their priority!!

@TUIUK are you actually responding to customers. Spoke to your customer service desk who fill a form in for a ‘back office’ to call you back!! Doesn’t happen. Sending DM on X with contact details. No response. WOW, just WOW. Clearly don’t value your customers!!!! SO POOR.

@British_Airways I raised a complaint (reference 08111760) and not happy with the outcome. The response is a default apology email. We paid for allocated seats to travel with our family and they got moved (no reason given). I would like to request a refund for our allocated seats

@coopuk do not trust their insurance. Happy to take your money, will find any reason not to pay out claims.

@TUIUK So, raise a complaint regarding poor holiday experience (which included incorrectly denying boarding a TUI aircraft), and the response is just an apology when out of pocket! Don’t trust TUI as a Tour Operator. VERY POOR!
