Honored to see our work featured in this new press release from @elevenlabs, highlighting how we brought the @TonyRobbins AI to life. This AI Twin is already helping people around the world access Tony’s wisdom in a whole new way📈
ElevenLabs@ElevenLabs

Conversational AI is opening up new ways for educators, creators, and public figures to scale their voice. One great example of this is @TonyRobbins' new AI twin, built by @Steno_ai and voiced by ElevenLabs. Tony’s AI twin delivers real-time coaching in Tony’s voice and remembers each user’s goals and conversations. Tens of thousands are already engaging daily.

When new technologies emerge, people often assume the winning technology automatically means winning investments. History shows us that’s rarely the case. Most companies disappear as competition sorts out the winners and losers, but the underlying technology will endure and continue transforming the world. So are we in an AI bubble? Yes. But that has nothing to do with the lasting power of this innovation. @theallinpod @friedberg

Everyone wants to be an entrepreneur until they realize nobody cares about them. There's no orientation. No performance reviews. No one is checking to see if you showed up. Most people can't handle that. They need the structure more than they'll ever admit.

Most successful entrepreneurs you talk to, if they're being honest, would say something along the lines of, "If I knew everything I know now, I would not have done it." The kind of people who decide they want to be founders because they think it is cool always fail. They fail because it's a deeply painful and lonely journey, and those people will jump ship. Maybe they are the smart ones. For the rest of you, it's a Long Strange Trip...

Someone asked if it's a good idea to start a startup when you have nothing notable on your resume. Absolutely. All that matters in a startup is whether users like the product, and users don't care (either way) what's on your resume.

Copy-pasting into one chat box sucks. So we built a canvas for LLMs, content, and research. Create markdown docs, paste social links, upload files, and connect to AI chats. Agents can handle busy work, but creative work needs a visual space to connect ideas.

The most successful solopreneurs aren't scaling to $10M. They're simply making more than they did at their job, minus the boss, meetings, and headaches.

Life in Chrome: I try to drag a tab somewhere, and if I let go of it at the wrong time, it disappears! Where has it gone? It's now part of a split screen with some other tab. Eventually I find and separate them and try again. I've never seen a feature that felt more like a bug.

Tony Robbins explains why success requires obsession and discipline “You have to find something to serve that is bigger than yourself, something that excites you and drives you” “Steph Curry practices 500 shots a day. When he makes a shot from half court, you see him chewing on the side like Bugs Bunny and he doesn’t even look back. Steph Curry in high school never should have been in the NBA, he was too short” “His dad made him correct his shot because he never would have made it otherwise. He had to relearn how to shoot while he was in high school, which made him terrible at the time, but the level of work he put in, doing 500 shots a day every single day, seven days a week for his entire life, is what eventually got him rewarded”

Most businesses do not have a traffic problem, they have a clarity problem, and it is costing them conversions on every page they own. I have spent over two decades in digital marketing and one of the most consistent things I see across scrappy startups and Fortune 500 companies is the same mistake. The website is built for the company's understanding, not the buyer's decision. When someone lands on your page, their brain is running three questions almost unconsciously, and if your page does not answer all three in the first scroll, they are gone before you ever had a chance.

Software will proliferate just as videos, music, writing did. The market structure will shift from a “fat middle” to mega-aggregators and a long tail. It’ll be a slower process due to network effects, but many traditional vendor lock-ins will get eaten by AI.
