@PBCares My package from the US arrived in the UK on 13th February and there is no way of finding out where it is or when I will get it. This service is extremely substandard!

@PBCares Your information is insufficient if you cannot tell me which postal agent you claim to have delivered the package to! How can I track it not knowing this?!!!

@TafaCakes The best source to monitor the progress of your package is our tracking website: tracking.pb.com We do not have any information outside of what is on the tracking tool. For the quickest resolution to your issue, you should reach out to your retailer or marketplace.

@PitneyBowes My package entered the UK on 27th September and is still not delivered and there is no way of finding out what’s going on! UA934423440US, This is the worst delivery service ever!
