@AmazonHelp You don't understand the problem. The issue is with ATS for e-commerce website, not seller central. We have contacted ATS for the last 3 weeks without any resolution. 61 customers are angered with ATS delivery agents. Connect us with the decisionmaker.

@AmazonHelp We sell through Amazon.in & Amazon.com. Our seller account is connected to ATS. Orders are delivered to our customers through ATS.
