@TUIUK Hello, I called on 24th September regarding my honeymoon. I emailed Mr Loosemore on 4th October 2021. He never responded even after emailing several times. I’ve called, live chatted and now tweeted originally on 15th March. If I hear nothing by 1/04/22 I will take legal action.
