@tkw2017 @WestJet Yup. They owe you $900 (they shld’ve booked for you, next avail on any competitor) PLUS $1K bc you were delayed more than 9 hours. They owe you an explanation if denied and you can ask for proof of their reason for denial. Document everything and take them to small claims court.

@janvayay @WestJet WestJet is so unreliable now. They cancel or delay flights at last minute, don’t rebook pax timely, their IT doesn’t work, they refuse to rebook on other airlines or offer hotel vouchers. And their customer service is unreachable. Such awful service.

@hopper keeps saying they can’t refund me because @WestJet denied their request. As per WestJet flight terms and conditions, I’m entitled to a refund because I requested the cancellation within 24h and the departure date is not within 24h. I feel misled and lied to as a consumer

Disappointed with @hopper and @WestJet. Got flight tickets from Toronto to the UK and back home last Sunday. Accidentally, selected the wrong month. A silly mistake that I spotted minutes after. Contacted Hopper. One flight got a refund approved, the other didn’t. Both in June.
