@anactualwalnut Zero protein just carb fuel for that breakfast. Only negative if you're having to sit a lot. Also is very easy to eat mostly carbs at breakfast then still hit protein goals during rest of the day.

Sorry to be a food shamer but something that is actually really insane to me as someone who doesn’t even diet are the people who believe a pastry is breakfast. You fr just had a scone or a cinnamon roll or a coffee cake to start your day. Zero protein whatsoever. Nothing. Just a pastry.
