Fruits and vegetables are some of the most important foods in our daily diet. They are packed with nutrients and vitamins that help us maintain our health and support digestion.
Here are 5 reasons why you should include fruits and vegetables in your every day diet.
• They give you energy
The natural sugar and vitamins keep you going through the day. No sugar crash like soda or candy.
• They help your digestion
Fiber in fruits and veggies keeps your stomach working right. Less bloating and constipation.
• They keep you full
Low calories but high volume. So you eat less junk but still feel satisfied after meals.
• They protect your health
Eating them daily lowers your risk of heart problems, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
• They make your skin better
Vitamins like A, C, and E help your skin stay clear and glow. You'll look healthier too.
@BoldlyNigerian It’s 3 years in now , no wonder Nigerians now live a life layered in metaphoric proverbial and technical difficulties .
No one understands the nation anymore .
Before they can translate what he’s saying , aye gbogbo yin ati ba je tan tiran tiran .
@_graceymae please dear Big Mae, is there any chance you could allocate some copies of the highest denomination of the nigerian naira to me? i am currently being met by a ridiculous amount of hands and my stomach rumbles please? just any little to put something in my stomach 🙏🏻 @_graceymae
I really enjoy talking about general human feelings and behavior. it’s fascinating how much we can learn about ourselves and each other through open conversations. It’s unfortunate that people often shy away from these topics, as if emotions are something to hide or ignore. In reality, talking about our feelings can lighten our mood, relieve stress, and help us connect on a deeper level. Sharing emotions isn’t a weakness; it’s a way to heal and understand ourselves better.
In African homes, the one that makes it out of the hood carries the family responsibility. It often comes unwillingly, but they still have to perform it. They take care of the younger ones, the aged parents, the uncles and the aunties, and often times forget about themselves. The culture is one ingrained in the government’s lack of foresight for the people, which makes it the responsibility of the breadwinner to pull others out of poverty. And most times, it affects their own growth. Sad.

Some of you aren't making progress in the gym because you have zero plan.
You switch routines every week and copy random TikTok exercises. Pick 2-3 exercises per muscle group and run it for 8-12 weeks minimum.
Yeah it'll get boring. But boring is where real progress happens.
Systems → Structure → Discipline → Results.
And remember: progressive overload is what actually builds muscle.
Healthy high-protein lunch. Easy to make.
Cut your sweet potatoes in half and cook in the air fryer at 160°C until cooked.
Cook your mince or steak.
Add cheese of choice on top of the cooked potatoes.
Add your cooked mince/steak.
Add chopped veggies and finish off with avocado on top. Enjoy!
