In African homes, the one that makes it out of the hood carries the family responsibility. It often comes unwillingly, but they still have to perform it. They take care of the younger ones, the aged parents, the uncles and the aunties, and often times forget about themselves. The culture is one ingrained in the government’s lack of foresight for the people, which makes it the responsibility of the breadwinner to pull others out of poverty. And most times, it affects their own growth. Sad.

Some of you aren't making progress in the gym because you have zero plan. You switch routines every week and copy random TikTok exercises. Pick 2-3 exercises per muscle group and run it for 8-12 weeks minimum. Yeah it'll get boring. But boring is where real progress happens. Systems → Structure → Discipline → Results. And remember: progressive overload is what actually builds muscle.

Healthy high-protein lunch. Easy to make. Cut your sweet potatoes in half and cook in the air fryer at 160°C until cooked. Cook your mince or steak.
