I tabled today the draft regulations that will guarantee workers and consumers the right to work and receive services in French, while clarifying the responsibilities of federally regulated private businesses. We are taking action to protect French across the country.

Life in Canada is so depressing. I take home 57% of my wage after income tax, before sales taxes and other taxes. I make a wage in roughly the 95th percentile of incomes in my province, and if I don’t want to live in a shoebox, my wife needs to work rather than raise our two little kids.
All to provide lavish benefits to the thousands and thousands of unproductive takers, who vote themselves an ever larger share of a shrinking economic pie.

Go to Mass. Go to confession. Receive the Eucharist. Dress modestly. Speak of the Gospel.
The early Christians did not conquer the pagan world by the sword, but by holiness, martyrdom, and truth.
If we want others to recognize Christ, they must first see Christ living in us.

@ButlersRanger @adlib1867 About 10 years ago I horrified a former Canadian with a YouTube video of people playing with an old MRI machine that was being replaced. Apparently she had to wait several months for an MRI when living in Canada since there weren't many machines. Here it's like 3 to 7 days.

Vascular dementia is cruel. My mum clings to me but doesn’t know I’m her daughter. She cries for her mum, but I can’t tell her she died 50 years ago. So many people in this situation, yet it’s such a lonely place to be.

@ymuchosmemes Honestly, we let American "christians" highjack Jesus. To an outsider, Christianity looks like the exact opposite of what it was always meant to be. There is only one rule: love everyone. It's not that difficult. So happy we're going back to basics.
