Disable the 'link to number by default. Who ever wants to pay, give the upi id instead of number (phonenumber@okaxis / @ oksbi /@ kodakbank etc . Or set 'Pay from any UPI app - Link upi number' in supermoney. So, when someone pays with any app by entering number, money will be credited to SuperMoney. In my case, it is @amazonpay by default. No failures for years :) .

My cousin’s Google Pay account got blocked for some reason, so I suggested she switch to SuperMoney. Now the issue is, when someone tries to send money to her number via Google Pay, the payment fails. But transfers from other UPI apps are working fine. How can this be resolved?

@amazonIN 02- forget my complaint. But do take it seriously that Amazon employed inspectors have requested pin before arriving on the spot and cancelled appointments. When I did speak with one of them personally, they said phone will need to be damaged for return as per policy.
