One month ago, I launched Scribely - probably the best project I’ve built so far. The idea was simple: Turn long YouTube lectures, tutorials, podcasts, and webinars into handwritten-style notes and cheat sheets in seconds. This month taught me that building the product is only half the battle. The harder part is distribution, consistency, content, fixing bugs, talking to users, and showing up every day even when growth feels slow. Still, seeing people actually use something I built feels unreal. Month 1 stats: - 444 users - 3200+ visitors - 6200+ page views - 2 paying customers ❤️ Not huge numbers yet, but every single user means a lot when you’re building from scratch. Excited for month 2. A lot more improvements coming to Scribely 🚀
