The peptide space is moving fast. Tirzepatide users in the SURMOUNT-1 trial achieved an average weight loss of up to 22.5%. A decade ago, those numbers would've sounded fake. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…

@SamaHoole black coffee does have a certain stoic vibe to it no fuss or compromise. the no-frills approach can be refreshing, almost like a reset for the system, gets the mitochondria going too

I'm petitioning for black coffee to be granted honorary carnivore status. It's bitter. It's dark. It refuses to apologise. It does not pair with oat milk. It does not ask how your day is going. It exists solely to wake you up so you can go and eat the cow. The bean is technically plant-derived. Everything else about it is carnivore. The cow has co-signed.

@HansAmato reducing bacterial load first makes sense reminds me of how some peptides target inflammation pathways to help with gut repair and satiety

Hans Amato@HansAmato·
The best protocol for gut inflammation isn't a supplement. It's a sequence. Most people skip step one and wonder why nothing works. Step one isn't healing the lining. It isn't adding probiotics. It isn't cutting foods out. It's reducing the bacterial load that's driving the inflammation in the first place. You can't heal a lining that's under constant attack. You can't seed good bacteria into a warzone. You can't identify trigger foods when everything triggers you. The sequence matters more than the protocol. Wrong order = spinning your wheels for months. Right order = measurable change in weeks. Every man I've worked with who failed protocol after protocol was doing the right things in the wrong order.

Stop wasting your money on peptides...  ...until you fix this one thing first. The biggest mistake I see people make with peptides and bioregulators is using them to treat a system that is fundamentally broken at the hormonal level. You can't build a mansion on a weak foundation.  If you have an unaddressed hormonal deficiency, adding advanced peptide protocols into the mix is just spinning your wheels. Get your baseline sorted out before you try to optimize the micro-details.  Have you checked your hormone levels recently?

The benefits and mechanisms of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormones (GHRH) are not to be underestimated. GHRH’s: Tesamorelin CJC-1295 I have noticed drastic improvements in my physique, AND recovery. I used to do leg days, and be sore for a week. Now, I can practically crush my legs and be recovered in 2-3 days. The body recomp has been amazing, I always had a fast metabolism, but I can practically eat as much Whole Foods as I want! ——————————————— Heres a list of the shared key benefits shown in the research 💪🏼 • Fat loss (especially visceral/belly fat) • Lean muscle growth & preservation with better body recomposition • Faster recovery from training and injuries • Improved skin elasticity, collagen production, and anti-aging effects • Better sleep, energy, and overall metabolic support (lipids, potential insulin sensitivity benefits when used properly) ——————————————— Key Differences: • Tesamorelin is FDA-approved for reducing excess abdominal (visceral) fat in specific patients. It excels at targeted fat loss in the midsection with a strong clinical safety profile for that use. Of course, all the mechanisms above are including with Tesa, with a specialization in visceral fat loss. • CJC-1295 no DAC creates shorter, more natural GH pulses as opposed to With DAC. CJC-1296 supports benefits like recovery, sleep quality, muscle support, or anti-aging. ——————————————- Both very similar, with a bit of difference in the specialization. Of course, this is not medical advice, just my own thoughts and opinions 💪🏼 Anyone researching these compounds? Drop your thoughts/experiences below 👇 - ThePepGuy🔋

My most shredded I ever got was at 24. No reta, no peptides, I was only taking enclomiphene citrate because that was the latest test booster I read about online. My diet was hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, protein powdered oatmeal and lots of black coffee. My sleep was godawful and my testosterone was probably lower than it is now. My goal today is not to get shredded or be as aesthetic as possible. My goal is to perform at the highest clip and level I can so that my children and wife don’t ever have to worry about money and will have a very different life than the one I had growing up.

All product drops going forward will have a countdown drop. Its honestly the easiest way for us... and perhaps the fairest for you customers. This is a summary of our process... go to shop page: On Order = On order In Testing = after we send off to testing and have products in hand. Will usually be about a week. Countdown = Batch is back from testing, we will schedule a release 48-36 hours in future. This allows us to create labels and get them applied, as well as give you warning. Out of Stock = means what it says. This may be on order, but we just haven't had a chance to update. Sales will happen 2-3 times a month. For instance as a dad...there will be a fathers day sale. We might have periodic flash sales if we have a product that is sitting around, or if we just wake up feeling like it... but we want to be a bit more predictable with the sales. 10-packs: while we would love to offer these at all times, it requires a certain number of kits on hand for us... otherwise they simply sell out to fast depleting our stock... which is not good.
JSD@TalesofCrypto0

@rorynotsorry I hope i can grab this on time! Will there be a countdown or something?

@mannyjplays mitochondrial repair can be a slow process the initial fatigue you felt makes sense given the energy demand for cardiolipin binding and electron transport chain regulation.

🧪 Time for my daily 1mg SS-31 dose 🧪 My sweet wife organized our syringes and alcohol wipes in this handy basket ❤️ My experience with SS-31 so far has been subtle but noticeable. SS-31 is a mitochondria-targeting peptide designed to help support cellular energy production by binding and repairing cardiolipin, a key lipid found in the inner mitochondrial membrane that regulates the electron transport chain. By supporting mitochondrial function, it may help cells produce energy more efficiently and reduce oxidative stress. I’m about halfway through my 30-day protocol before I anxiously jump into MOTS-c. During the first week or two, I actually felt more fatigued and weaker in the gym than before starting. However, over the past week, my strength has started climbing back up and my running pace has improved. My personal theory is that the initial fatigue may have been related to underlying cellular and mitochondrial repair processes that were temporarily demanding additional energy. Overall, I’m glad I’ve experimented with SS-31 and I’m looking forward to running another cycle at a higher dose in the future. 🏃‍♂️💪🔬 As always, this is just my personal experience and not medical advice 🏥 If you’re interested in trying SS-31 for yourself or looking to restock your supply, check out GlacierAminos.shop 🧪 They offer competitive pricing, thorough 7x testing, and fast shipping. They’re also running a sitewide 15% off sale this weekend, and you can stack an additional 10% off with code MANNY 💰 Happy researching! 🔬

glp-1s get a bad rep for muscle loss but when you look at the trials it's clear that's not the whole story. proper nutrition and strength training make a huge difference in preserving lean mass while still getting that fat loss benefit retatrutide's numbers are impressive so far

🚀 Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide vs Retatrutide: Fat Loss & Safety Comparison (2026 Data) Which one leads for serious fat loss — and how do their safety profiles stack up? This clean comparison chart breaks it down at a glance: • Mechanism of Action (GLP-1 vs dual vs triple agonist) • Average weight & fat loss from key clinical trials • Fat vs muscle preservation • Common side effects & discontinuation rates • Other safety highlights (CV benefits, metabolic improvements) 📊 Quick Highlights: Semaglutide: ~15% avg weight loss Tirzepatide: ~21% avg weight loss Retatrutide: ~24%+ avg weight loss (leading so far) All three focus on fat loss with mostly tolerable GI side effects that often ease with slow dosing. Strong muscle preservation and metabolic benefits when paired with proper nutrition + strength training. ⚠️ Important: Educational only. Results vary widely. Not medical advice — consult your doctor. Data from major trials (STEP, SURMOUNT, TRIUMPH). Team Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or waiting for Retatrutide? End of my set of flies - control the eccentric (when your arms go out to the side) without being excessively slow - try to be explosive (under control) on the concentric. But the set should be so difficult that your speed naturally slows down at the end - slight bend as your arms go out to the side - no bend in your arms as you bring them together - imagine you are bringing your elbows together / trying to touch elbows - lift your sternum up slightly as your arms come out to the side, try to get a big stretch - don’t allow your shoulders to roll forward on the concentric. Probably the most important point ‼️ - get stronger over time, with standardized form, just like with every other exercise

The emotional piece is the part most guys don't consider. You can have the perfect program and macros dialed in, but if stress has you raiding the pantry at 11pm it all unravels. Handling sleep, stress, your relationship with food and letting your emotional state dictate if you train or not carries long-term results more than any training split will.
