Said was out for delivery do not worry. It’s not 20 past 11 I’m sure it’s not coming but why not tell me that on the phone and be honest. I would have just said ok and gone to bed. Now I feel quite annoyed that I’ve waited up and you lied 3 times about it?

@OctopusEnergy I received a huge bill and I am now 780 in debit! I think this is wrong?!!! Saying you think my electric only use for 2 of us normal bed house was 700 odd from February to march. What the heck? This is surely wrong
