@ShannonJean Not to sound to EOS, but you need the right people in the right seats. Garage A might be more likely to read contracts, create budgets and keep jobs/workers on an organized schedule. Garage B gets things done and solves problems. Depends on what you need in a partner.

I have a theory. You're looking for a business partner. You have it narrowed down to 2 people. You get to visit their homes. Are you choosing the person with Garage A or Garage B? Why?

This morning, I signed my first Executive Order to speed up permitting in Pittsburgh. From simple home renovations, to small business development, to our next major headquarters, it’s too cumbersome to do business in Pittsburgh - that has to change.
