The same guy whose government blew **$75 MILLION** of Ontario taxpayer dollars on big anti-tariff ads in the US (that even Mark Carney reportedly begged him to pull). But now — literally the day after Carney goes south and says a “strong Canada will help Make America Great Again” — Ford suddenly flips the script and wants urgency? Completed my exit from TSLA today. It all started with an optimistic vision of the future. EVs and green energy is a wonderful ideal. Some 20 years ago I cried after watching "Who killed the electric car". My rational mind got clouded by the Tesla influencers. Confirmation bias at the finest. Swallowed every vague promise, bought every dip. Started following your account some 2 years ago. Went down the rabbit hole. Re-assessed my believes about Tesla and Elon. The unethical dealings of the Space X IPO and inter-company dealings (2B from T to xAI after the former got inflated in valuation) was the final straw. Thank you for enlightening me @alojoh !

@ExcitedFuturist @alojohhardcore I had a HW4 loaner which was better but I only had the car for a day and didn’t have time to test it out that much. The HW3 is frustrating and the throttle inputs are jank as heck. I can’t even drink from a water bottle while it’s on during highway driving. 🤮

my family is very happy with FSD xfer to AI4. Had AI3.5. huge difference on AI4. also live in a populated area. FSD is pretty confident, I haven't had a major fuckup in many months. Very annoying that I can't set following distance anymore, it drives way too close for comfort on standard setting. and is like a sleepy coala on sloth setting.

Have to report one more FSD ‘failure’ unfortunately 😅. I accepted @schlijper’s challenge to try to cross the intersection Haarlemmerstraat - Prinsengracht. It almost got there but we had to take over to avoid annoying the driver behind us too much. Next version I will try again.

The Liberal party has Patrick Pichette a former Senior VP of Google on stage who lives in Europe by the way, say that if Canadians want to leave Canada to work in the US they need to pay an exit tax of half a million dollars. The guy did the very thing to get a Microsoft job decades ago and paid 30 bucks. Now he wants young Canadians to be trapped here. The Liberals are nuts.
