@jayw_u Today they started Nov 2023 cases, as per permtimeline.com. More delays are coming if DOL do not speedup.

Just received a certified PERM filed in the middle of October 2023. Total wait: almost 17 months!

@USDOL promised to modernize the #PERM process, investing millions to reduce adjudication time to 45 days. Yet, permtimeline.com shows processing times have ballooned to over 380 days, with fewer than 200 PERMs from the new FLAG system processed each working day.

How long is your #PERM processing taking? The regulations claim it shouldn’t take more than about 45-90 days, but that doesn’t seem to be the truth. This process is designed to be quick but is being slowed down and impacting I-140 benefits and potential green card filings. 🤔
