Update on this aluminum elimination saga of mine. In the thread I’m quoting here I take people through really only the beginning of my aluminum elimination on mineral balancing from 2024. At the time I thought it was probably close to being done but 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟴 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. Almost 2.5 years straight of aluminum elimination. This most recent test reflecting another big tranche of aluminum being eliminated where it went from .73mg% to 1.84mg%. My vaccination history is not that extensive so that probably doesn’t explain my high aluminum burden and thus taking all this time to eliminate it. I have other exposure vectors involved having grown up in Arizona I used antiperspirants and sunscreen religiously for my first 20 years of life playing sports out in the Arizona sun year-round. Aluminum absorption through the skin is quite effective so those are a few of the main exposure vectors for me for aluminum throughout the course of my life.

Had a very cool moment with my dad today at guitar store. We went to test out some guitars and amp that are way too expensive. I had a few moments where even I was like flabbergasted by how well I was playing. That feeling of accomplishment that you have from acquiring a skill you set out to acquire 20 years ago is unmatched. The dudes in the guitar store were looking into the amp room going “holy fuck Clark, that’s amazing playing.” Same with the look on my dads face. Full circle moment for me because it was me listening to me dad play guitar 30+ years ago going “holy shit I don’t know what that is but it’s incredibly cool.” It’s really rare to reach that level of skill in anything. It’s not happiness that I feel. It’s contentedness. Super grounded and accomplished. Unreal feeling.

@hmilowicz_ That's what I get on my hands, it sucks so much! You're probably a good candidate for low nickel, esp because you've been eating beans and oats daily, like I was doing. I'm on day 18 and the spread of the blisters has reduced by about 80%.

@EdaG889915 I get symptoms on my feet. Similar to the pictures of dishydrotic eczema. They flare with too much detox, say, NA, Zn or GLU. Glu will make blisters with clear liquid that eventually release white pus, and NA will slash open my skin and I stain my socks with blood. I also get
