Regarding Kent’s resignation, I’m willing to rethink my skepticism in the event that: -Kent provides evidence that Trump was manipulated or misled by the Israelis into attacking Iran -Kent explains how, when, and why he went from supporting strikes on Iran’s nuclear and ballistic infrastructure to resigning over them -Why he believes his first wife died in a war for Israel when she died in 2019 fighting ISIS, an operation which Kent praised Trump for in his resignation letter -Kent tempers his misgivings with Trump’s foreign policy with a recognition that the president has so far made good progress on his domestic agenda What I hope doesn’t happen is that Kent resorts to vague and unsubstantiated claims regarding Trump’s real motivations, indulges in “just asking questions” nonsense, or signs off on various retard right talking points.
