@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried to watch the South Africa vs Georgia rugby using the watch from start however no matter what I do it only shows the first 15 minutes of the broadcast and then skips to live.  Considering the amount I pay for Sky Glass this isn’t really acceptable.

@SkyHelpTeam I request a statement of account. Instead of email it you add it to my messages at sky.com, however I can’t open the message. I’ve tried via laptop and mobile phone and the message won’t open. Your virtual assistant is next to useless as well.

@SkyUK as a current Sky mobile and Sky VIP TV customer thought I’d see about adding Broadband as well. Pity it still works out more expensive than my current package with TalkTalk. Guess I won’t be changing after all.

@edfenergy So it's now over 3 months since my original complaint and 2 months since EDF said they would send me a new IHD. I have now chased 4 times but getting nowhere and keep on getting the same response. Are you just incompetent or is it that you just don't give a damn.

@edfenergy Sent a complaint in August. Was told new IHD would be sent to me. Chased on 13 Sept and was told it had now been issued. 21 Oct and still no sign of it! Do I now need to chase a third time ?

@SkyHelpTeam Very disappointing Sky Mobile service at Twickenham on Saturday 22 June for the rugby. Could not do anything despite having a full 4G signal for the best part of 5 hours while others around me on other networks were able to use social media, whatsapp etc.
