There’s just so many strong riders who will not do an ounce of work except if they are off the front in a small group. Skujins, Kwiato, Narvaez - and even some of the 2/3 person teams. There’s 3-4 teams who can’t risk bluffing. The rest will be fine risking losing to avoid work

Olympics RR is set up to have incredible group 2 syndrome. 2-3 strong guys up the road, with enough medals to go around. And you need probably 3-4 teams committing to the chase behind. But there's about 10 total strong domestiques in the race. Like Plapp & McNulty go? GL.
