@Pepperfry we purchased a cot from you about a month back. When it was delivered 10 days back, upholstery was found damaged. We raised a complaint immediately but there is no resolution. Every 2 days someone calls and provides assurance that it will be taken care. Please fix it.

It has been a frustrating experience with Pepperfry. We ordered a cot, when they delivered upholstery was torn. It has been 10 days since we raised a complaint with the team and yet no resolution. Every 2 days someone gives standard response that they will get back. #Pepperfry

@ASUSIndia I purchased this laptop in May so about 6 months back. There is no good reason for a laptop to go bust within 6 months, shows quality of your product is pathetic. And now 3 days later, still not fixed! You think this is acceptable?

@ASUSIndia useless product, laptop crashed within 6 months and does not switch on. Worse service support, not ready to send anyone for 72 hrs. This is not acceptable. Please send someone to fix it!
