people always talk about how the hardest part about pursuing your ideas is taking that first leap of faith although i agree to some extent, I find that consistently showing up even when you aren’t seeing the results you want is even harder when you finally push yourself to start, you feel “invincible”— it’s the feeling of “wow, I’m actually doing it”, at this stage people cheer you on and commend you for getting started when you’ve been at your idea for a while you start to see progress in spikes & troughs, a rollercoaster in itself. at this point you wonder if what you’re doing is even worth it (& deep down you still believe it is), this is when deciding to keep going can feel harder than getting started. for all of you grinding on something you believe in, keep at it. & for everyone else, this is your reminder to cheer on your friends not only when they get started, but also when they’re in the trenches :)
