Plea by Janshruti Peoples Voice seeking action to prevent pothole accident and deaths among other prayers Adv: Across the country people are losing lives due to negligence of authorities. Ministry should give directions... There needs to be a SOP to prevent such deaths due to electrocution and the deaths due to pothole etc. people are dying everyday. I have also highlighted how bridges and roads are not being developed. I have also sought emergency response protocol. CJI Surya Kant: How will the ministry give such directions in a federal structure? States will say okay then give us money ? The list of relief that you are asking ..you want us to run the administration of the country on pan India basis. So centre will order that states should full potholes and build bridges etc.. states will say okay give us money.
