@SAS What is happening with all your lounge agreements??? I’m stuck in FCO for 9 hours and have just been told that you ended your lounge agreement here yesterday!!! 😔 This is not the first time this has happened to me… not good SAS. V frustrating.

Two days since @lufthansa lost our bags and not a word from them. Worst customer service ever. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Stuck on a cruise ship with no clothes and no instruments so we can’t perform!!! #lostluggage #CustomerService #nolove

Hey @DublinAirport Can you explain to me why Mr Bernard Waters felt the need to shout at me and my Fiancé this morning in an incredibly condescending and rude way for changing which line we were standing in for security (there were no signs to say we couldn’t change lanes, fyi!)
