@GOtransit I wasn’t talking about the seats, I have no problem standing if the seats are required for someone but she tried to stop me from rolling into the train! Do you know how much of a delay mom’s would cause if we had to offload and fold our strollers to get into a train?

@sirdette Hi Anna. Strollers should be folded up. You’re welcome to board the accessibility coach with your stroller using the ramp. However, priority seating is for persons with disabilities. ^NF

@gotransit your customer service rep just tried to keep me from using the ramp to get on the go train with my stroller, while traveling alone with my infant and toddler! She suggested I fold it up and go in another door, by myself! The train was empty, what gives?
