Nearly 500,000 Iranians live in the UAE.
Around 200,000 people of Iranian origin live in Bahrain.
And Kuwait hosts tens of thousands of Iranian nationals.
So here’s the real question:
How can a regime target countries where its own people live?
Or does the Iranian citizen simply not matter to Tehran

@saif_aldareei Didn’t trump post you guys were stupid? Or was I hallucinating?

The UAE is seriously upgrading its defense game.
Just acquired America’s most advanced Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) — one of the best systems for detecting and handling ballistic missiles.
While others talk, the Emirates is quietly becoming a real powerhouse in the region.
Big flex

@milan_milanovic Nothing works as well as deepseek-v4-flash or pro. It’s cheap so don’t have to run your own on expensive hw

@swarmister The question is: when will China start buying, or are they already buying and it’s not showing because they are settling with Iran with RNB?

$CL D1 Tf, a huge post, plus an update on my thoughts regarding the current situation with China’s reserves.
To be honest, I can’t say I see any positive headlines or real progress in the negotiations; also, looking at the daily timeframe, oil looks very cooked
In my humble opinion, Trump has decided to wait it out. Perhaps retail traders assessed all these events and, sensing the futility of headlines without any real action, simply sold oil, thereby creating compression on the higher timeframe. But for some reason, I’m confident that all those buyers who were in earlier during Trump’s first STRONG move will again decide that oil is too cheap, and that’s where I’ll step in. Well, more precisely, I’ll lock in my long position (entry point at 89.5). And yes, I think Trump is preparing for this too, accumulating more and more positions through tradeXYZ.
An important clarification is that the Strait is still closed, which means we effectively have an oil shortage. It would be fine if China were holding back prices by not buying, i.e., not creating excess demand by using its hidden reserves. But when that happens, and I believe it will happen again, the market will face a double blow:
on the one hand, a global shortage; on the other, the return of the largest buyer.
This is the real risk, not the current price of $oil, but the moment when China starts buying again.
I’m ready for this, I have a massive long position.

@Patrickwebb If military is already combined, why care about Isreal spying on the white house. We already gave them the keys, just accept they are our overlords and do do their bidding.

There will be no jobs for humans after 2030.
People claiming that there will be slow adoption of AI and robots do not understand the impact of AGI.
AGI is the point at which AI and humanoid robots will be able to replace full human jobs.
Nothing will be slow after that happens.
Entire organizations will be replaced by AI.
Humanoid robots will walk into businesses and replace human workers, and they will do a much better job at a much lower cost.
No company using human labor will be able to compete.
We will reach AGI by the end of this year, and all jobs will be replaced by 2030.

@EthanLevins2 A deal only works if both parties commit. USA shows no commitment whatsoever. They will walk away and attack anytime like before. Will they pay repercussions of unprovoked attacks earlier?

GOLDMAN SEES SPACEX AI REVENUE EXPLODING TO $322B BY 2030
Goldman Sachs projects SpaceX AI revenue rising from $3.2B in 2025 to $322B by 2030, a ~100x increase, forming the core justification for its $1.78T IPO valuation. Total revenue is forecast to reach $474B, with Starlink at $144B and rockets at $8.3B.
AI segment growth is tied to aggressive market assumptions despite current losses and execution concerns around xAI. Overall EBITDA is seen surging to $352B by 2030.

@dotkrueger Who is going to verify every line, to take that all to production?

Claude 4.8 "UltraCode" is insane. You can dispatch 90 agents to work on all aspects of major projects, resulting in soup to nuts implementation in a single shot.
What this means in practice: You write an extremely detailed spec. You submit the spec. Over the next hour 90 super-intelligent coders and testers implement your spec.
You come back. Major feature is built. You can use regular "High" mode to tweak at regular token cost.

The path is clear: Hizballah stops attacking Israel.
The Lebanese Armed Forces and the legitimate Government of Lebanon assert control over Lebanese territory.
And Iran stops using Lebanon as a forward operating base.
And the Lebanese people, who have suffered for far too long, finally get a chance to rebuild a country that belongs to them—not Hizballah, not its thug leadership, and certainly not to Tehran.
