Gulu City, @apt_sepsis delighted to share the results with the leadership of districts across the North and West Nile. Dr Joel Lwasa opens our meeting. The study followed over 240,000 births across Uganda and Malawi and reduced infection related deaths and disability by 32%

@TumukundeTT When it comes to talking about increasing staffing levels in the hospitals you guys are quiet , but when it comes to criticizing those who have worked for almost 24 hours with a 2 hour break manning the whole ward by themselves you become so loud

The Minister for Health should take off some hours in the night and visit the government hospitals, patients are on their own, nurses and doctors are in their private hospitals. Internees are left incharge. They are on tiktok. In one night, the Minister will chase most of them.

@JGkibande They need to focus on genetic screening before having babies and not screening for babies who alre have sickle cell because then what is the plan for the child that is already affected??? They should strategize on how to prevent it .

The new government policy requiring compulsory Sickle Cell screening for newborns must be applauded, and supported, especially for us from Busoga, where prevalence of the disease is very high.

Ba dear 1st invest that ka 30 or 50m in business and grow your capital and establish yourself. So that when you get to build 10yrs later, your initial capital is not affected and 2ndly, you build a better house than you would have built 10yrs ago. Instead of rushing to build a ka house which you’ll look at many years later and wonder what you were thinking and get annoyed nga n’emirimu tojilaba . 🙏🏿❤️
