So, I tried to be a good person, and give @JetBlue a chance to resolve this properly & it backfired. @JetBlue totally treated me with the worst respect and treatment possible, after injuring me on their flight. I had a hard cased carry on suitcase dropped on my head while asleep

And while on @JetBlue flight, we haven’t even left the tarmac, but a flight attendant supervisor for @JetBlue ran towards the front of the plane and elbowed me in the back of the head. Needless to say, I have a grade 2-3 concussion, cannot fly or drive for at least a month. Thanx

@JetBlue 172 was delayed 12 hours and after 3 hours I decided to go to another flight. My luggage made it to JFK this morning. I got a call at 4am that my luggage was just revived. I only agreed to Boston flight so I can make it home at a decent hour and still was delayed.

@JetBlue has to be the worst airline with customer service at this point. Never in a million years has an airline inconvenienced me and hasn’t felt responsible when the delays where their fault.

I tried to check in my parents for their ATL to BOS flight but couldn't, nor could I request wheelchair assistance or seats. The system said check-in had to be at the airport. Customer service was rude and useless. My parents are immigrants and don’t speak English. @JetBlue Shame
