@JetBlue my daughter’s flight was cancelled from Bradley to WPB on Monday. She lost an entire day Now she is trying to get back and her flight is delayed until 12:50 am. I am sure this trip will be canceled too. Every flight I have take this year has been delayed.

Some seat types on each plane require an additional fee to reserve. You can read about them here. jetblue.com/flying-with-us… If the only available seats require a fee and you don't wish to pay extra, you can skip seat selection and receive an assignment at the airport on the day of travel.

@JetBlue changed the aircraft carrier + we lost our seat selection. I can't fix it. The website messes up trying to reselect them. Chat is over a 2 hour wait at all times. @JetBlue phone lines disconnect. I have 2 little kids that we NEED to be together. What do I do??

I have missed many flights due to my own fault but today was not one of them. Got to JFK T5 priority line 74 minutes before 6:59am domestic flight. Probably the earliest I’ve ever got to the airport because people said “there’s a line” and I said “ok I’ll get there early.” Priority line was two hours wait. So now I am … early … for the next flight … at 10.

@JetBlue Having the WORST TIME trying 2 change my flight online. Have been trying for 3 days and I can't make the changes - ERROR MESSAGE EVERY TIME. Now the cost to change the flight jumped from $86 to $248. WHAT A RIPOFF. And you can't find a number to call anyone. DO BETTER

@JetBlue I booked far in advance 2 sets together and find out when we are boarding that our seats have been changed and we are no longer sitting together. This is not the first time it has happened and is completely unacceptable to pay for seats and not be rewarded. Fix this now.
