I have heart surgery coming up next week and now understand why I’ve been so physically exhausted and out-of-sorts these past few months. The docs tell me my condition is called “atrial functional tricuspid regurgitation” and that it is “mainly due to long standing atrial fibrillation… The tricuspid valve is leaking severely, causing a back pressure on all the internal organs and a high jugular venous pressure.” The procedure aims to get this old body back on the road again quickly and efficiently.  It is VERY LOW RISK but of course I’m grateful for any good wishes sent my way. I’m in the midst of writing a new book, the best work I’ve ever done, and I’m not going to let this stop me! The comment I don’t understand from the school community member is the statement that black boys have boundaries. So does that mean white boys don’t have boundaries because they do. All this says to me is if a person is black we are not allowed to stand up for ourselves because of race. This is absolutely absurd. This whole thing was not about race to begin with. It was about a young man who killed another young man in cold blood by stabbing a knife through his heart. Let’s not forget the victim was unarmed and the perpetrator had no injuries what so ever. So this self defense argument was a lie and we all know it.

These racists need to face serious legal consequences. Without swift and visible enforcement of the law, this anti-white trend of random assaults and false accusations will continue to escalate.
