@SparkingFIRENC My lunch every day is grilled chicken, broccoli & cauliflower, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tbs of olive oil and 2 tbs of bbq sauce. I skip breakfast, have that for lunch, then have a ton of carbs available for after work snacks!
