@British_Airways Flight in April, many conversations with your “customer service” team, faithfully promised 3 weeks ago tier points and miles would be added within 7 days. Surprise surprise 3 weeks later and you have ignored your own promises. Absolutely pathetic shambles

4 days into my latest attempt to resolve British Airways issue outstanding since April @britishairways #britishairways Chat with a bot which asked questions but didnt understand the answers! It promised to get an agent….still waiting for this big event, but only 4 days ago!

Still no responses from @British_Airways their customer services have either been closed or are totally incompetent. 9 weeks to resolve a simple issue 🤔🤔

After 20 years of business travel, @Lufthansa just gave me worst ever journey. FRA to EZE flight cancellations and multiple delays..arrive in Buenos Aires 2 days late for meetings with final 7 hours in a business class seat that didn’t recline. Avoid @lufthansa if you can!!

BA loyalty member for many years, service now terrible..Still no avios or tier credits for a BA flight they switched me to in April after cancelling the original. Surely not that difficult @British_Airways ???

@HeathrowAirport tried 10 times to reset my LHR rewards pw and separately LHR parking…the promised reset emails are not sent..

@AmericanAir incredible…transatlantic flight from Paris to PHL and the seats don’t recline!!

@theabdulML @Collinson Not done the test, they failed to give me a reference # for the PLF, test was cancelled and no sign of my refund

@WLEDLightsUK why is your customer service so terrible? Still waiting for a refund on damaged product returned 4 weeks ago!! Give me my money back.

Anyone else had shoddy service from @Dualit?? I thought they were a quality brand, not any more!

@DualitLtd amazingly poor service, brand new toaster keeps tripping fuse, when it is returned I am charged for the faulty plug!! Unbelievable
