@British_Airways Flight in April, many conversations with your “customer service” team, faithfully promised 3 weeks ago tier points and miles would be added within 7 days. Surprise surprise 3 weeks later and you have ignored your own promises. Absolutely pathetic shambles

4 days into my latest attempt to resolve British Airways issue outstanding since April @britishairways #britishairways Chat with a bot which asked questions but didnt understand the answers! It promised to get an agent….still waiting for this big event, but only 4 days ago!

After 20 years of business travel, @Lufthansa just gave me worst ever journey. FRA to EZE flight cancellations and multiple delays..arrive in Buenos Aires 2 days late for meetings with final 7 hours in a business class seat that didn’t recline. Avoid @lufthansa if you can!!

BA loyalty member for many years, service now terrible..Still no avios or tier credits for a BA flight they switched me to in April after cancelling the original. Surely not that difficult @British_Airways ???

@DualitLtd amazingly poor service, brand new toaster keeps tripping fuse, when it is returned I am charged for the faulty plug!! Unbelievable
