@PostOffice used Post Office Travel Insurance, underwritten by @collinson. They havent assigned a claims handler & it's been a month. I've rung several times. Their @Trustpilot people keep saying a claims handler will be in touch. I see reviews from people w claims 6 mths old.

Severely disappointed with @PostOffice and @Collinson travel insurance. Parents have had to extend their trip due to a sudden death in the family - yet there’s NO option to extend the travel insurance policy. How can delayed departures not be covered?? #poorservice

Quick alert for @Collinson as travel insurance providers, absolutely shocking lack of urgency for a vulnerable customer and her husband, soon to be homeless on the streets of Tampa. Correspondence has been lax, customer service nonexistent and no reassurance at all.
